i'm wishing for a single buffalo up closer, to be sharp, and not as foggy though......

I do like the foggy, mysterious feel to this. :) I'd say this is certainly the right forum since the buffalo are a prominent feature in the image.

I do wish they were a bit more separated from each other. Although in a larger image that may be less of an issue.

Very nice, Dick!

The only nit I have is that the horizon (if you can call it that) is centered. I'd suggest moving it either up or down to a 1/3 line.

Regarding Vito's comment, bison to me are one of those ubiquitous critters (like bighorns and elk) which are only really worth shooting when you can get something different. I don't need to see them up close and sharp! This one is different, and I like it!

Unusual and effective with the fog. IMO it is stronger with a crop from the top.
