One of my first pictures taken with my D-Reb and borrowed 100-300mm lens back in January. This was taken through some trees at a wide spot in the road. I really liked how the clouds formed a ribbon below the "Rock".

Beautiful mike. I love it. I've been there last year but I don't remember that place but I only stayed there one whole week for both parks.

Thanks for looking.

This was the first time I was there. I had a friend who knew the place real well drive me around.

Well done - I really like the clouds flowing over the ridgeline. One nit would be the vegetation in the lower right corner.

Gorgeous shot Mike !!!!!!! Agree with the vegetation at the right. There is also a dark object at the bottom left corner that is a little distracting, have been wondering what that is. Love the clouds and the rest! :D :D :D

An awesome view. Could you have got over the branches by standing on the car roof?

Thanks Neil. The ones I cloned out were too far out in front of me to do anything about, composition-wise. If I could have gotten up higher, the ones at the bottom would be out of the picture, but that would have put me higher into other branches. It was impossible anyway because I'm somewhat handicapped and just getting out of a vehicle was an exercise! :D
