This canebreak rattlesnake is coming right for me! Luckily, I am not a mouse, and even more luckily, there is glass between him and me.

Believe it or not, I took this shot with autofocus using AI Servo. Worked pretty well, his nose is just the tiniest bit soft.

Hi Mike
This is great, a really excellent and a fun shot to boot. I have to say that this guy does look a little angry though, were you tapping upon that glass  Seriously a really fine shot that it’s been my pleasure to view.

Regards
Matthew

Mike, Another great reptile shot from you. A very intimidating image that says alot. Not sure if it could have been avoided with the glass but there seems to be a shadow on the head that takes a bit of drama from the snake.

Yikes! Good thing the glass was in the way.

Other than the shadow on the snakes head this is fantastic. What a great pose.
