Seems like you got his attention!!! :shock: :shock: Beautiful setting !!! 8) 8) 8) Sure wish that animal was looking the other way! More negative space and all flowing in that direction! 8)

Actually the more I think about it the more I like it the way it is!!! The bear seems to be a character and it all fits very well !!! Congratulations !!! 8)

with a 300mm you would have my attention too..:) a natural setting ...good detail on his fur and claws.

You're a braaaaaave man... If this were me, it'd be way too close for comfort. I know when I came upon a sow grizzly and two cubs a few years ago and it was a lot farther away than this, I would have peed my pants if I'd gotten this kind of look :shock:

This image is just wonderful to me because the animal is seated in its environment, suspended motion for a second and a great expression. Is this full-frame? Very nice composition.
