Hello everybody,
Crete is famous for the beautiful beaches as well as its beautiful mountains among other things (e.g. food...). This image of the silhouette of pine trees at sunset was taken from the road to a small village (Thripti) located on the mountains of eastern Crete and only about 12miles from my hometown, Ierapetra.
Comments and suggestions welcome and appreciated.
Thanks for looking.

PS. for another image from the road to Thripti that I posted a few days ago in the EHK forum look here.

The composition is outstanding. Placing the tree silhouette at the bottom of the V-shape formed by the hillsides enhances its prominence. The soft layers of color behind it give tranquility to the overall image. Wonderful!
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

The trees, hills and clouds all fit perfectly and the sky colour is the icing on the cake.

Fantastic colours and contrasts. Not 100% about how the two trees blend in with each other.

Stunning though...
