This is an aerial view of the Juneau area taken from the helicopter at the beginning of my tour on the way up to the Juneau Icefields and Glaciers. In the foreground is the Mendenhall Wetlands with the Gastineau Channel flowing up between Juneau on the left and Douglas Island on the right.
Canon Digital Rebel, EFS 18-55mm @ 38mm, ISO 400, f5.6, 1/3200 sec.
I have got to get back up to Juneau to do some shooting in the Mendenhall Wetlands one of these days. They were alive with all kinds of shorebirds. 8)

Looks like you really enjoyed the helicopter stuff. Glad my article helped. I like this shot a lot and its one of those you'd expect to find in a Chamber of Commerce brochure with the color saturation jacked way up.

Great aerial type shot. In all honesty, there's nothing for me to fault here.
