Koreshan House

The Koreshans were a religious cult that settled in Lee County, Florida in the late 19th century. Planned as a Utopia the cult believed in celibacy and communal living. I've emulated the look of an infrared image to draw attention to the wood grain of the house.

I like this one very much, Harvery...beautiful, "old time" look and feel to it.
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap, but memories are priceless.

I like the different textures, lines and forms in this one Harvey, but it certainly doesn't look inviting at all!! Quite grim and forbidding!! Probably because celibacy and communal living don't exactly make happy bedfellows!! :wink: 8) 8) 8)

Nice effect. I first didn't like the brightness of the tree on the left, but new I think it balances the bright white of the roof on that side. The pattern of the trunk of the sabal palm on the right is great. Got a trunk like that just with this effect?
