Welcome to the Wildlife forum Jonesy! That a mighty cute backyard visitor. The ears look absolute huge. Nice details in that wonderful little face. 8)

The other little guy in the background is a bit distracting.

I hope you have more of these two little guys to share with us. :)

Welcome to NSN and the Wildlife forum. The fawn is very cute and has a lot of detail. The other fawn is distracting as Tim mentioned. Also, the mid leg crop is a bit awkward. Try to include the whole leg crop close to the chest/head for a tighter shot. Thanks for posting and keep them coming.

A backyard visitor I'll not have here in the desert for sure. Very cute with the big eyes and big ears. The space above the fawn is not contributing to the image. If you crop this to more of a square just above hte ears, and take a little off the bottom to address the mid-leg crop (crop higher on the leg), you will strengthen the image by focusing us on those eyes and ears.

Welcome to Wildlife forum but please keep to the posting guidelines of 650 pixels on the longest side - this is way oversized at 900 pixels!

A closer crop would be better here to eliminate the distracting OOF fawn in the BG, and a mid leg crop like this one gives an awkward appearance to wildlife images. Its better to try to go with 'all leg' or 'no leg' 8)

The fawn is sweet, well exposed and you have good detail in the face and lovely bright eyes! the open mouth is a bonus. I look forward to seeing more from you. 8) :D

Thanks everyone! I appreciate the tips and will keep them in mind next time I get a chance to photograph them ;)

Sorry about the size I will try and resize them.

Thanks!
