Bull Elk

Taken yesterday evening in Rocky Mountain National Park with elk running everywhere. It was tough to catch this guy without elk rumps in the background, but I got a few opportunities for a clean shot.

Comments and suggestions welcome.

10D, Canon 300/2.8, Canon 2X, 1/640 @ f8, 200 iso.

I think you did quite well here. Congrats. 300 f/2.8+2x can be a bit soft, so this is especially nice.

Very nice. Might consider framing this with the Elk slightly higher in the frame.
