Damselfly eating

Damselflys look like tender and fragile creatures but in fact they are very succesfull predators;this female Azure damselfly catched a tiny fly and started to devour it in front of my lens;
Canon 10D, 150 mm macro, fill flash to reduce some of the heavy backlighting;

The echo of the spines on plant and insect is interesting.

Very close - was this with extension tubes or just the macro lens?
