Lovely to find one of these woodland orchids again.

Thanks Dave, it does take long for these orchids to become covered in ants....makes image stacking a bit tricky, as they are continually on the move ;)

I envy your selection of birds, Axel....wish we had a greater variety.

BTW, the orchids are not all local - some are from day trips or more extended excursions ;)

Thank you Carol, we can do with a decent bout of rain as well..as we head from one heatwave to the next...summer is not the carefree season it used to be...or perhaps I'm just getting older ;)
