White Peacock Butterflies Anartia jatrophae

Happy Declaration of Independence Day

20D, 100-400IS, 25mm extension tube, ISO 200, Manual exposure, f6.3, 1/250, fill at -2/3, hand held, full frame. Despite the narrow DOF, the BG is a bit busy.

Very, very nice! I don't find the background busy at all. I prefer to have some sense of the habitat in the image. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, some may not like the background, but the beauty of these little guys simply overpowers anything that might be negative in that background.
In other words, ............................. a stunning beauty for these eyes. Love it!! :)
