We have a wonderful clematis plant in our front yard in Corning NY. Every year it sooths us with its beauty. However, the blooming season is short. After the bloom this skeleton is left. I really liked the symmetry and twisting appearance of the spent flower. Details are best appreciated by clicking on image.
