The colors are lovely, nice capture of the feeding activity, and fine eye detail. On the composition, I don't think the open space on the left helps - a vertical might be best.

Hi

Compositionally I don't really mind the open negative spacing left, perhaps because of the OOF nature of the perch upon the right. I would ideally have preferred no overlapping of subject and frontal OOF blooms, but then you would have lost the nicely paralleled look to subject and subject flower. I guess sometimes there are no ideal options - and for what it is worth I like this - I like the contrasting nature of the subject to the rest of the image. I like the layered effect and of having the middle ground in focus - personally I'd probably have opted for a square format look to present this - but that's probably just me
