Common names for this are Scarlet and Green Leafhopper and Candy-striped Leafhopper. Taken at Presque Isle in September.

D7000, Sigma 150, f13 @ 1/250 ISO 200, SB-R200, HH, crop.

the top view is nice...
there is a structure on the back tip... is it somekind of ovopositor ( female )?
