Out looking for dragons at RTPI when I spotted these in the garden:

D7000, Sigma 120-400, 1/250 @ f8 ISO 200, SB600 with diffuser, Tripod.

Excellent pose and composition - and a fast-moving butterfly that is to difficult to capture in in nice pose like this.

The cone flower is beautiful by its self but the butterfly puts this image over the top.
