Still waiting for my new camera to arrive so I looked in my files for something I have not posted. This was taken at Ft. Desoto in St. Petersburg, FL

Canon 20D with 400mm f5.64 lens, Oct 2005
Workflow: Converted in BB, adjustments in PS CS

Love the pose and the low angle. I'm with John on just a tad more USM.

I backed off the sharpening to avoid the halo sickness and to prevent the shot looking to contrasty, guess it is time to add it back :mrgreen:

Nice shot John! Love these guys, they come to visit me often and make a mess of the screen door at the back porch. I do not mind, have become an expert in changing the screen!

Great shot John! I agree just a tiny bit of USM - maybe selectively on the subject, but love the pose and angle. The eye contact and that adorable face make this a real winner!! 8) :D
