A very nice environmental shot of the young buck. He really pops off the OOF background.

Nice to catch a buck like this, the deer up there were pretty skittish. He does pop nicely from the background. I started to say it needs some rotation because of the angle of the trees but the grasses seem "right". Is this on a hillside?

This was actually taken from the car (lens resting on the window). There there 3 or 4 cars that had stopped, but nobody got out. Otherwise the 2 guys would probably have taken off.

There is a hill. The picture should be fairly level, I think at most 0.3 deg off.

I like over-the-shoulder shots and this is nicely done. The leaning trees lead right to the deer, which is good. :) The contrast of the BG tress adds some nice contrast to the scene.

I might have cropped off the tree on the right to place the deer on the edge of the frame. If you wanted to preserve the ratio, there's enough room on the bottom to rake a bit of that also to really get the deer in the corner of the frame.

Nice over the shoulder look. I am with Tim on the crop suggestion.
