Congratulations! This is the Image of the Week selection for the Travel and Culture Gallery, week ending 6th January, 2012!Union Terminal in Cincinnati Ohio. I was on a photo walkabout with a new combo.

This was shot with a Canon 1D2 and a 8mm Rokinon fisheye. The camera is sitting on the floor. I'm really liking this lens...thanks santa :D As soon as I got it I began planning a trip to the terminal.

Critiques, questions, answers, thoughts all welcome.

Thanks Jackie!

On a funny side note: I took my GF there this past weekend. She said she was bit disappointed as the pics were better than being there in person. Of course when we went is was full of families and kids running around having fun. The building is very loud due to the unique shape and hard/bright surfaces...not quite as calm as in this pic.

Also, I think it is a reminder that making photos really does capture something "more" - and this is what makes us different than picture takers...or not :-)

Thanks!

Joel

Very cool reflections and I would love to have that lens.
