This is an image of the moon shining through a tree that I took just outside my house. I used a ripple effect, level tweaks and added the lens flare. Comments most welcome.

A most evocative image. I wondered at first if it would look better with a little less at the bottom but looking again you would lose that wonderful lens flare, so I think it's best left alone! 8)

I love this - it reminds us how small and vulnerable we feel when out in the woods at night! I'm glad this was near your house and not alone in the depths of the forest. This stirs up all sorts of thoughts and fears. Amazing how so much impact can come from a simple idea well executed. 8) :D
