With a South African Crowned Crane! He did not wash his face after
lunch and had some muddy grass wrapped around his beak so I decided I would DC him to clean him up.

Just some colored edges, and brush strokes.
Thanks for Looking,

It looks better full sized :-) I have some other ideas for him, I just loved this photo until I enlarged it and saw his dirty little beak LOL

Thanks for the welcome home, I have plenty of new images to work with! I'm so excited, and Thursday
another NSNer and I and a member from his forum are all going to shoot some Tulips at our local tulip
festival! I should have lots of stuff to keep me busy for a while!

can you tell I'm a wee bit excited LOL

Woohoo to you too!!

I love these Crowned Cranes Doris - if you get a shot with the sun behind their crowns, it looks like a golden halo!

I love the effect on the BG - I just wish for more detail retained in the Crane and I love the sassy pose! 8) :D

I'm a sucker for these too, recently found them at the nearest wwt place to me. Agree that a touch more detail would look better.
