The Barbs Protected the One of a Kind bud that is getting ready to bloom.
The fairy's Dance around the bud in anticipation of the One of a kind
beauty.

I used the warp tool to make the barbs, I darkened the Highlighted area's on the Banach, and added bubbles then did a ripple make the bubbles
appear to be moving around the bud. ( each thing done on its own layer, I'm learning to use layers to my benefit) Oh and I used colored edges to
get the purple.

The Original can be seen here in the Macro forum.

Like what you've done here Doris, the barbs and the purple edge are great.

Like the story behind it too.

This actually reminds me of an image of a seed pod taken under a microscope (don't ask  ). Very unique and quite some DOF Doris. Beautifully done :D

All the best Doris, clever work and clever shot.
