Carol C made me want to play with my cats eyes.
I umm did something to get the colors LOL Then I added a ripple type effect. Then i added the flames to the eyes. then i placed a unrippled layer on top so the eyes would not be affected and erased the rest so it showed the ripple on the fur. Thanks for Looking,
