i have posted a number of photographs of avalanche pass. this photograph is of avalanche lake (at the top of the pass, elev. 3500ft).

the lake is nestled in a very narrow ravine below 800 - 1000 ft cliffs on either side - mt colden on the left, algonquin on the right.

Interesting, like the postcard info. Not sure your (blurred?) framing adds to or detracts from the image though.

Its a nice peaceful scene. The image is slightly rotated CW.
