Moose cow
Jasper Natl Park
STL

I kept meaning to post this last week for the portrait motif but was so busy there was no time left after critiquing so I am putting it up a day late. I have posted it before but it is my favorite moose picture. It was taken on the Jasper STL with Chas and Tom Hill 2 years ago.

Canon 10D with 100-400 IS handheld.

Great shot! :) The snow really adds to the shot. It's nice with her peering out.

Terrific shot! About as good looking a female moose as female mooses get!

Beautiful cow portrait! I love the snow and the branches - please Cheryl don't clone out the branch in front of her face! The image has this great "peering out" quality to it. She is sooo beautiful that if I were a rutting bullmoose I'd follow her anywhere! Great job. :)

A beautiful image. Amazing you were able to get that close in to a moose in Jasper. Love the snow on the tree!
