This is a photo of the Sandia Mts. (Albuquerque, NM) just as
a snow storm was lifting.

This is really cool and of a place I know very well. The various layers of clouds and the tonalities are so cool!

All of the white tones are great. I like the texture contrast between the clouds and rock.

I have been here when its was pure ice at the top and can appreciate what a storm up there must be like. Great shot - I love the clouds!

Oh yeah, Sandia Peak. Have been there and love the place. With the right conditions, views from the top are above the cloud cover - spectacular.

This image is so layered in its tones it is mind-numbing trying to take in all the subtle changes in tonality and texture. Keep them coming.
