1DII, 70-200/2.8 + 1.4 TC + 500D @ 140mm, f11, 1/60sec, flash -2/3, cropped to square

Well, here is the second image in the row of waterlelies. Hopefully now, its starts to make sense and my life as an interior decorator is saved :) All comments are welcome. Cheers - Dick

I much prefer this second shot to the first, overall I feel this one just has more impact and appears (at least to me) sharper.

You have isolated a simple and effective pattern from this. It works great in the square crop too. Nice!

This shot has a tendency to hold the eyes a little better it seems, and allows me to follow in and around the petals and winding up at the center.
A nice one to study, with very nice colors, comp, and details!
