It has a nice balance between the busy forest flora and the calm waterfall. I like it.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

A little more shadow detail would take it up a notch IMO but it is very nice as is. I would have guessed it was velvia.

I think the image has an almost fantasy feeling that i like very much. The composition looks very well thought through with nothing pulling me away and nothing lacking. The greens are rich without being unreal. The blacks are deep but I don't find myself craving to see into them. The waterfall is framed very effectively by the vegetation that almost seems to point to the falls. The use of a slow shutterspeed to achieve the milky water and depth of focus to maintain detail throughout keep me engaged in the image.
