This is an interesting camera because the sensor is sensitive to light from near UV spectrum through the IR spectrum (380nm to 1000nm).  So, at least in theory the camera could be used for any or all three of these.  You could shoot just visible light by using an IR and UV filter, you could shoot IR only by using a visible light blocking filter.  Or you could shoot just UV by using a filter that cuts all wavelengths above UV.  Now if they really want to make it interesting, those filter options should be available internally and you could switch between them at will with any lens :)
