A nice reflection.  Note that the reflection is actually at infinity to your camera so a shot like this does not need to be taken at f/22.  You are giving up resolution to diffraction due to that.  This shot would be just as good with more fine detail at f/8 or even f/5.6 given that you shot this at 16mm.

Nice reflection.
In addition to EJ's comments about f22 and diffraction...it also makes the dust spots show up. There are several in the sky.
