Dettifoss - Iceland
D810, 50mm, ISO 100, f/8, 2 sec This May and June was the coldest in 38 years in Iceland and the second coldest on record. When we arrived at Dettifoss, which is usually surrounded by lush greens this time of year, we found Europe's most powerful waterfall surrounded by frozen, snow-covered tundra. It made for an interesting shot though - no color was added or subtracted from this photo.
