I like the pose and the great perch. It looks like the bird could be a little sharper to me. Perhaps a faster shutter for a chicadee since they never sit still. The perch is sharp which suggests movement of the bird was a factor.

Thanks for your comments...I'm wondering if this may have something to do with the DOF.  Because the bird is facing to the camera, most of it is oof.  I do widh the chickadee was profiled sideways.  The bird's eye and beak look to be in focus(?).  Also perhaps compressing the file to 800 pixels makes the image look softer.  I'm curious to know what you think if viewed in Hi Res (link to my Flickr)...
