My wife gave a presentation at the Whooping Crane Festival in Port Aransas last week - weather was anything but bad - cold, drizzle and wind - we even went on down to South Texas since we were half way there for maybe worst two weather days in valley this year, but between little showers I went out and did a little shooting. Here is one I took of a Roseate coming in to Birding Center in Port Aransas

Exellent contrast between pink and green. Great details under the wings, good wing position and light.
