Looks pretty sharp for the slow SS. :) You've got good details despite the strong contrast. A bit of Curves or Saturation would really enhance the image.

Nice portrait Richard! I am seeing a slight green colour cast which is easily fixed in PS. Do that and increase the saturation/contrast just a tad and this one will really pop! 8) :D
