I have been using a new 7D II for the past few weeks in Yellowstone. A few have said the 7D II is incapable of capturing sharp images. While I do believe there are a few cameras in the initial release that require calibration, I also believe the resolving power of the cameras smaller pixels requires a higher degree of technique to maximize the cameras full potential.
Additional 7D II images and comments can be found on my FB page. 7D II, 600 II, 1/1600 @ f/5.6, ISO 800 Best Chas in YNP Charles Glatzer M.Photog, Canon Explorer of Light, https://about.me/charlesglatzer
