This image was created in camera with colour adjustments made in Photoshop; on location in Western Sydney Regional Park, Australia.
Stagnant water from a small pond create the dark areas of the Core of Light while gleaming bubbles produce the electriflying light beams. To achieve this effect I simply rotated the camera in a circular motion.
Nikon D200, Sigma 150mm f/2.8 macro, 1/5 sec, f/25, ISO 100.
About the Photographer
My passion for photography started in 2006 while traveling around BC Canada with simply a point and shoot. The following year I purchased my first digital SLR camera, and continue to develop and hone my personal style and creative niche. Through color, light and form I attempt to bring the viewer into the same world of peace, inspiration and awe that I find myself when I am immersed in nature's beauty.
