A force 10 gale passed up through the Atlantic in December 07 sending huge waves of 45 feet+ eastwards across the Cornish coastline. Hiding behind an abandoned shelter with my tripod, I covered my 5D with a carrier bag fastened with rubber bands. With one almighty explosion catapulting spray over 150 feet in the air, an exhilarated father and son provided the necessary scale, whilst I provided the expletives! EOS 5D, 70-200 f/4L, 1.4X II, 1/160s @ f/8, ISO 400.
