several flower photographers sometimes use a printed background behind a flower to produce a blurred background.  You can of course make your own.  Does anyone sell these or the print you can attache to a poster board?

I know Alan Murphy is offering files for this purpose. He markets the, a hummingbird backgrounds but the concept is the same. He sells you the files for you to print.

It's so easy to do this yourself, why pay for it?

If you know of a local fabric shop, check for a pattern than might work for you.  There are a lot of nature patterns printed on fabric that make good backgrounds.

I’ve used a few different options for backgrounds in my flower photography. Etsy and Amazon have some great pre-made options that are pretty affordable. If you’re into DIY, you could design your own background and get it printed at a local print shop.

Hi,

Instead of using the same, or a few, backgrounds that will show up in all of your images, try using a chroma key cloth. That way, you can use your processing software to add any background to a photo. You can also change the background at any time. It gives you a lot of creative freedom.

Have Fun,
Jeff
