What a crazy-looking chick. I've never seen one. Good camouflage in a weedy environment, I guess. Don't know about that shiny red head though! Wonderful shot TFS!

Great image, Pete- nice low perspective captured here. ( Have been to Elk Island National Park, when we lived in Alberta, a fine location to enjoy nature).
