Red Fox - arctic Norway

We were driving along a narrow single track road, which had just been opened after a recent heavy snowfall, when this fox appeared on a rocky outcrop directly next to the road - too close for our tele lens!

Such an amazing coat! I like this close view, showing it's beautiful face looking directly at you. Big ears too- I wonder how old it might be.
