CANON R7
CANON 100-500 RF @ 300mm
F5.6 @ 1/640
ISO 1600

This female was feeding at a Salvia plant ( Black& Bloom is the variety).
Nice to photograph a hummingbird feeding on blue flowers- something different, as they usually prefer red and orange coloured ones. This image is from the Summer.... sure miss those warm and sunny days, now!

Province of Ontario, Canada, image- June 2023.

I agree!  A beauty, Paul.

We had a few inches of snow and 24 hours later a heavy rain day which washed it all away! Thank goodness.

Carol.
