This image was captured along a hiking trail in Scottsdale, AZ. Unfortunately I did not have a zoom lens on at the time.

Thanks Axel. I see this particular Owl and his partner a lot on this desert trail. I was lucky one of them landed in that dead tree for a minute..

Screw the zoom lens on this one, this is brilliant for the setting that was presented. 

Close up GHOs are a time a dozen (against a blue sky) IMO. 

This would make a terrific wall print!

Thanks Pete! I shoot a lot of sunrises and sunsets using a 50 mm prime lenses as is really sharp an great in low light. Thats what I had on with this owl shot...
