I hate it when I can't get a shot of a waterfall from ground level. My previous shot was from a high point, looking down, and I cropped the image in post to get a much closer shot. As it happened, it turned out OK, but I still wanted to get closer. I searched around and found a route of sorts, and made my way down. It was quite steep and must have been inches deep in fallen leaves, which made me slide down the ravine rather than walk down. The shot I eventually got was this one with the falls partly obscured, which adds a touch of mystery, maybe.

Not always easy or even possible to get where you want to with some of the water falls we have. Think you have done a sterling job which must have had its own risky moments, getting this view.

Nicely done Peter.

I like this crop, too, and good you didn't fall while getting to that level.
