Bit of practice and testing the other day with the 800 PF.  I have a vision, of crisp, late evening golden light.  A sprinkle of glorious autumn colours in a soft, distant bg and some willing models to pose for me.  (didn't quite get there... :D)...  

Probably by the time autumn does come, I will be speedier too, with the Z9 AF options..  :)

Z9 and 800 PF.  1/2500 F6.3 ISO 1000.

A fine capture of the Canada full stretch wing flap, Dave! It may not be the setting you envisaged but its an excellent eye level view and sharp detail even with the action taking place.
