Battery question - Brand name versus Watson

I'm specifically asking about a Fuji NP-T125 battery, but this may apply to others as well.
The NP-T125 is for the Fuji GFX50s & GFX100. I have several original batteries plus 8-10 Watson "equivalent" batteries. I've never noticed a problem with the Watsons with the Fuji before but just noticed the OUTPUT VOLTAGE is only 10.8 VDC for the Watson versus 12.6 VDC on the Fuji original batteries. I checked specs on the Bescor also and their output was also only 10.8 VDC.
Does the voltage difference make any actual difference in performance?
