Fringed Midge Orchid Genoplesium fimbriatum

This midge orchid is reasonably common around Sydney, the labellum trembles in the slightest breeze, which can make shooting a challenge.  This one has a pollinator on the plant with pollinia stuck to it's head - second open flower from top on RHS.

Lots of delicate details, beautifully captured (best seen in the larger image). Is that pollinator a fly?

Yes it is a type of fly, apparently in family Chloropidae, they are small flies that are attracted to blood/fluids from injured or dead insects.

Complicated and interesting structure. Very clean image with lots of details. Reminds me of botanical illustration.
