Narrowband version of the Carina nebula.
I processed both sets of data from gregturgeon_astros remote Chile telescope setup which was fun.
This is imaged with Sii, Ha and Oii filters (Hubble Palette).

Fascinating image, Dan. Could you explain a bit more how the process works to get the data from this telescope?

Thanks Axel,
An astrophotographer who lives in Texas but rents a telescope setup in Chile year around,
holds little contests for his own amusement every so often, he lets you download his files and you process
them  and he judges them and gives little prizes... He does most of the work, You download the 7 files (LRGBSHO) from the web
that he has pre stacked already and you can process them for fun. They are very nice 250mb fit files.
You need to be proficient in Pixinsight software to put them together and compose and finish them as you see fit.
The Astrophotography world is in the fun place Digital was 10-15 years ago. A lot of interest and a welcoming small worldwide group.

Thanks, Dan! That really does sound like fun. I'm glad you can use those files, they apparently are in good hands with you.

Love this one- the colors are so exciting. What a wonderful opportunity! I suspect you did extremely well with these.

Interesting concept and a great opportunity to access and process this imaging.
