One of my favorite images from the film days. This was at Bosque del Apache around 1992. Processed in phone app, Painteresque. I have never been able to process the original image to my likings as a straight shot due to lack of processing skills. Please click on image for better view. Thanks.

No wonder its a favourite Joe, I love the repeating pattern made by the turkeys lined up with their fanned tails. That really makes the image for me! The only thing I might do as a digital art alternative would be to remove the bottom three hens that touch the bottom edge of the frame - but I really like it as is - a lot!

If you can't process to your liking then yes, this is exactly what you do. Very nicely done. Mind you Joe, looking at the original it's still pretty darn good! I think sometimes we are our own biggest critic. That's always a good thing of course.
