Arctic fox in it's winter coat, cozy and coiled up. A technique used by many species of arctic animals to stay warm in the harsh climates of Nunavut. Historical data shows that on this day in 2017, temperatures went as low as -38°C.

A lovely image of this classic behaviour David. The eye is in the perfect position and really holds the viewer's attention. Beautifully done!

Great angle and interesting how the fox keeps an eye on you.
