From our recent visit to Ticino, where an abundance of these dainty flowers can still be found in select chestnut forests.

Thanks Dave, this is the 1st time I managed to get some photos of these flowers that I'm happy with - combination of late afternoon light, golden leaves and dancing ballerinas in their pink tutus - right lens and camera - the swivel display back on the Z9 is a godsend for low level macro work - and focus peaking makes manual focus a breeze.

A lovely pairing of blooms, love the anther detail and the warm background tones. I agree - a swiveling display is a super convenience for photographing at ground level.
